These terms govern your use of this website and of the Trading Lab YouTube channels and live streams that are connected to it. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
Our channels and live streams are provided through YouTube, and our systems use YouTube API Services. By using any feature that works through YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. Our own handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. What we provide
Daily market commentary videos and live streams, with a live chat where our system may answer viewer questions with spoken or written replies. We do not sell, lease or sublicense YouTube API Services or any data obtained through them.
4. Not financial advice
Content is for general information and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and is not a recommendation or an offer to trade. Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs and gold carries a high risk of loss, and past performance does not indicate future results. Live-chat answers are AI-generated and can be wrong. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive or spam content in our live chat, do not attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems (including prompt injection attempts or automated flooding), and do not scrape our site. We may skip, ignore, hide or report any message, and may rate-limit viewers.
6. Intellectual property
Videos, audio, charts, text and design belong to Trading Lab or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute them without written permission, except as permitted by YouTube's embedding and sharing features.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, our content or services.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the services at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may restrict access to our live chat for any viewer who breaks these terms.
